HockeyStar®, LLC. will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick if broken due to a manufacturing defect WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase provided:

  • The stick was purchased at an authorized HockeyStar® retailer
  • There is no evidence that the stick has been used or abused above and beyond its intended use as an ice hockey stick and has not been tampered with, altered, overheated or exposed to any open flame, or damaged by consumer purposefully or through an act of neglect
  • That the stick has broken solely through a manufacturer defect and not by contact with other players, skates, other sticks, the boards, nets, the ice, the bench, etc.
  • Consumer submits an original electronic cash register receipt as proof of purchase with the serial number written/placed on the receipt matching the serial number on the stick
  • HockeyStar® solely determines that the stick broke due to a manufacturing defect

All sticks will be examined thoroughly by HockeyStar® and if it has been determined that the stick was broken due to a manufacturer defect then HockeyStar shall send out a replacement within 10-15 business days of receiving the stick at HockeyStars'® expense. No broken sticks or sticks not covered by warranty will be return shipped. HockeyStar® reserves the right to void this warranty coverage at any time.
